What we process, why, and on what legal basis
- The requests you send us. If you write or call using the contacts on the page, we process the data you leave us in order to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- Server logs. Our host records the requests it receives, with IP address, date and page requested, to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Visit statistics, through the cookies described below. Legal basis: your consent, where consent is required.
Who we share the data with
It is processed on our behalf by Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the site and the mail, and by Google Ireland Limited for statistics only, and only if you accepted them. The transfer to the United States is covered by the Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Emails stay in our mailbox as long as the conversation and legal obligations require. Server logs follow our host's retention. Statistics cookies last two years at most.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest: those are articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. You can also withdraw your consent at any time using the button below, without affecting what was done before.

Cookies
The site only uses statistics cookies, and they are optional. In Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they are written only after you accept from the banner; elsewhere they start on their own and you can turn them off with the button below.
With statistics on, Google Analytics 4 writes two cookies: _ga and a second one starting with _ga_, both lasting two years, used to tell one visitor from another and to keep the state of the visit. We do not use them for advertising.
